 MAKE AHEAD RECIPE OF THE WEEK

Tuna Salad Jiggle

Massive can of strong pack tuna, drained

Salted Caramel Parfait

Potato and Egg Casserole

    At this level the dish will be refrigerated to warmth later. Cowl and warmth over medium warmth or bake uncovered at 350 levels till bubbly. Cowl high with crushed chips. Serves 10 to 12.

Gourmand Hamwiches

 

    These sandwiches sound easy however the flavors are complicated sufficient for silver palates. Use high-quality deli cheese, baked ham and rolls.

1 stick butter
1/3 cup candy onion, very finely chopped
1/4 cup grainy mustard
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
6 bakery kaiser rolls

    Soften butter and stir in onion. When onion is translucent stir in mustard and poppy seeds. Put aside.
    Cut up buns and smear reduce sides with the poppy seed combination. Add a slice of cheese. Divide the ham among the many buns, Shut buns, wrap in foil and warmth over the grill till cheese melts.  Makes six.
